No-Refund Policy
All payments made to Dual Vision Consulting are final and non-refundable.
Because we provide quality work and commit our time and resources to each client and project, we do not offer refunds for services purchased or payments made. This includes, but is not limited to, consultation fees, service fees, deposits, retainers, project payments, and other payments made for our services.
By submitting payment, the client acknowledges and agrees to this No-Refund Policy.
Client Satisfaction
We value our clients and are committed to providing quality work and professional service. If a client has a concern regarding a service provided, they are encouraged to contact Dual Vision Consulting so that the concern can be reviewed and addressed when appropriate. However, concerns regarding a service do not guarantee or create an entitlement to a refund.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations do not qualify for a refund. Where applicable, Dual Vision Consulting may allow a service to be rescheduled at its discretion and subject to availability.
Policy Acknowledgment
By purchasing or engaging Dual Vision Consulting for services, the client confirms that they have reviewed, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy before making payment.
Dual Vision Consulting reserves the right to update this policy as necessary.
